What did you do with the geraniums you removed from that bed?
looks very good nice video
Hi do you still have the nopales prickly pear cactus?
Yes, I have had to restart them, due to pests. They are starting to show plenty of growth this year. 💚💚💚
Happy plant to make that many babies❤
Yes, thank you 💚💚💚
I only have one cactus and i feel your pain...
I need the most successful way to propagate. Can't waste my time.
This is a hard plant to propagate from cuttings, as I found out. I think that dividing the plant is an easier way. However, the climate is a must. This is a plant that likes to grow in a humid swampy environment. 💚💚💚
Cut mine down to stalk I’m hoping it recovers…it was so leggy
It will…. I do it every year…. Just don’t water the first week. 💚💚💚
SO BEAUIFUL YOU DO A GREAT JOB ,,I NEED TO PUT A RAISED BED IN MY YARD...
Thank ya! 💚💚💚
Hi, how many days it rained? I would be wo nervous about losing my plants!! I hope everything was ok with your garden.
I only lost a few aloes…. 💚💚💚
What is your garden zone?
10A… 💚💚💚
@@GreenLadyDV Me too, are you in Florida?
I'm in New Mexico, just got a Santa Rita for my front yard garden, can't wait to see her bloom and spread out a bit!
So beautiful I want to grow some so bad ! I just bought some from the store and hope they root and I will give it a year!
Hi I live in Texas … I just found your channel. I see that you don’t plant your cactus in the ground. Is there a reason why?
Hi… Welcome…. I have had a variety of cacti in my garden…. Some especially my Myrtillo are in the ground, others I have to gauge the water from the outside slope. If they get too much water they get infested with scale. I lost several monstrous cacti to scale. Therefore, I put them in pots when possible. 🫶💚
no need to let the cuttings stay aside till callus formed ? then planting . ThX
Not needed….. just make sure they are placed in dry soil and don’t get water for a couple of weeks. 👍🏼💚
3:02 If they don't have any of the root on it will that piece live
Unlikely make sure you get a piece of rhizome with some roots….. 💚👍🏼
I’m lucky number 7
hi i recently purchased one, do you keep it in direct sunlight or can it be on the shade outside? also which is the might soap please?
Morning sun is best…. If you are asking about the soap solution for aphids it is regular dish soap diluted with water. 💚👍🏼
Can you teach me how to make one of mine in this form. It is beautiful. I have a bunny ear, but not like this. I want it!
Hi… The formation is a mutation of the parent plant. I purchased it like this…. Find a mutated plant, they propagate easily. Best of luck… 💚💚💚
Hi and much thanks for sharing this. How many times per day did you give the remedy to your puppy?
I believe it was twice….. but I guess it depends on the age and weight of pup. 💚👍🏼
I have the same cactus in my garden. Had mine for about 4 years. Its about 7 feet tall and produces a lot of fruit
Thanks for posting this! My mother-in-law has a YUGE fountain pool with ceramic tiles… I will try this then Muriatic acid 😰
❤ beautiful garden you have!
Love this Mammoth portulacaria. I need to look for it.
Thanks for sharing.
💚
You saved my life tonight when mine broke! Thanks so much! Subscribed!
Glad I could help! 💚💚💚
It's always sad when small pups don't make it
Hi, thank you for your video. I found a different type of wart on my dog’s gum. Kind of flat wart. Then found your video. Luckily I have this product at home. It’s been maybe 3rd or 4th day i give it to her. She’s 26-28kg. I give her 6 daily, none crashed ones. She likes to chew on it. It already started shrinking from last night. Thank you 🙏
🙏So happy your doggie is better. 💚💚💚
Always enjoy your videos. Glad to see you back. I was getting the itch to replant but felt it might be too cold. Your video tells me otherwise.
Hi there just came across this and we do follow your channel for your beautiful work in succulent gardens … thank you for posting this - I will try this on my dog… it seems less invasive and your grandbaby looks like she loved it….
Thanks for the lovely tour.
💚💚💚
Oh wow nice update
How can i use it for breast cancer
I wish cancer didn’t exist in this world! Although nutrition is a powerful ally in helping our bodies heal, any solution is subjective to the individuals. 🤗💚💚💚
Thank You.
Have one that has tons of flower
Everyone who can should visit Hunnington.
Your garden inspires me. ❤
Thank you! 💚💚💚
Resourcful and beautifully done. ❤

I get lizards and mice and rabbits chewing on mine. I have a lot of them, so I throw the scraggly pads on the ground as an offering to the wildlife, and they tend to eat the ones on the ground and leave my plants alone. It works pretty good.
Awe…that is so sweet of you to offer the critters some food… 💚💚💚
Opuntias grow fast in my experience. I grow them in Arizona. If you plant them in the spring, or the fall, they will root quick. In the summer they need to be in the shade if they don't have roots, then they will root quicker. And they like water as long as it's not winter time. Planting them along the shady side of a wall is a great idea. Yours look beautiful.👍
GREAT PATIENCE AT SEPARATING THEM
Goodday reader. My aloe plant's trunk have a lot of pups attached to the trunk outside the gravel. To seperate do I just cut them of and try not to damage the trunk to much? Cobus🐳
Just dig a bit and pull out individually…. Hopefully with some root. 💚
Esta hermosa ❤ Apenas me acabo de enterar de su existencia
Very beautiful, interesting plants! 👍
My beautiful 3 legged Golden State Spikes | Cali Cacti | Cacti Beaty that I had planted in a very large pot on a table on my patio over 3 years ago, fell over during s Munson here in Goodyear AZ , She fell over and lost soil and some roots were showing. Since she was heavy I had a hard time picking her up. I sensed that one leg was bruised and feared it would rot. Sure enough one week later same leg drooped over. I finally cut it off. Farly l; large 2 ft. Now what do I do? Cover the remaining mama? How with what paper bag, cloth ??? As for the large separated piece. Should I protect the bottom piece or just replant and hope it takes root?
Hi….. 🤗 Cacti are pretty tough. The momma will be fine, let the wound callous. Just make sure to keep the wound dry, and allow plenty of air flow… no need to cover. As for the section that was rotting, once you cut off any rotting tissue, it can be sectioned, or planted, in dry soil once the cuts have hardened, which usually takes about 7-10 days. Make sure to place the cuttings in a shady and dry location. After they callous, plant them in well draining soil. You can start watering your cacti cuttings, lightly, after a couple of weeks. Remember to keep your cutting from getting extreme sun and/or moisture until they root, which can take months. Finally, In my experience, five inch sections, or larger, of cacti cuttings have greater success in rooting. Your new growth will emerge from the sides of your cuttings, not the wound. 🍀💚💚💚
Good job! Beautiful!
Are they planted kind of close together since they're going to get really really big and crowded?
Yes and no… They are amazing plants…. I shape them as they grow by trimming the pads to eat them, therefore they have plenty of room. Also, after a few years they have been restarted, moved and replanted. 💚💚💚 See follow up video… 😀 ua-cam.com/video/xvlWG7Q3i7c/v-deo.htmlsi=VzplxaJx50oJ6R75
Looks wonderful!
